TO DO: Upload your Music, Contact Info, Spiel Sheet, Membership Roster, Master Agreement, Staff Listing,
& Insurance to Competition Suite
Your show music, spiel sheet and membership roster will be stored in competition suite. Follow the steps below to upload them!
Checklist of Items to complete:
- Download Code of Conduct, Participant Protection Policies, Participant Abuse Protection Policies, and Master Agreement (found by clicking “Resources” in the top navigation)
- Master Agreement – signed upload
- Insurance (Independent Units Only)
- Contact Information – could be used in case of day-of show emergency
- Roster
- Spiel Sheet Info
- Staff Listing (Names and email addresses per participant protection policy)
- Sync License – if you have an approved Sync or Master Use License for video recording, upload it here
- Soundtrack Upload (changes each week accepted by Wed. at 10:59pm the week of each event)
How To:
- Log into Competition Suite and select your unit name for MAIN
- Click on “Organization Data” from the top navigation
- Click on the pencil icon to enter the information for Contact Info, Roster, Spiel Sheet Info, & Staff Listing

ROSTER: If you have a list of students feel free to copy and paste the information.
PLEASE NOTE: For scholastic teams, name and grade level are sufficient. For independent groups, you must include the member name and birth date as it appears on their birth certificate.
MASTER AGREEMENT:
- Log into Competition Suite and select your unit name for MAIN
- Click on the RESOURCES button on your Dashboard
- Click on the WGI Code of Conduct, Participant Protection Policies, & Participant Abuse Protection PoliciesPAPP to Download. Review these documents to ensure compliance.
- Click on the Master Agreement that applies to your unit to Download.
- Print the Master Agreement, complete and sign it. For Scholastic and University units, the Master Agreement must also be signed by a full time employee of the school (i.e. band director, fine arts director, etc.) not an independent contractor.
- ONLY THE MASTER AGREEMENT needs to be signed and uploaded – all pages must be present.
- Drag & Drop your Master Agreement document to the file upload section.
- Click SAVE
INSURANCE:
Independent Units only need to upload proof of insurance
- It should name MID-ATLANTIC INDOOR NETWORK, INC as the certificate holder. Address: 115 8th St. Piscataway, NJ 08854.
- Drag & Drop your Master Agreement document to the file upload section.
- Click SAVE
PERFORMANCE SOUNDTRACK:
- Log into Competition Suite and select your unit name for MAIN
- Click on Performance Music in the top navigation
- Drag & Drop your music file into the area provided and wait for the file to upload.
- Listen to the entire track before approving.
- Click approve.
PLEASE NOTE: If you update your sound track throughout the season, please ensure that your new file is uploaded by Wednesday at 10:59 pm of the week you intend to use the new music. Be sure to delete the old music file first before uploading the new.
STAFF MANAGEMENT
Be sure to click on STAFF MANAGEMENT to make sure your staff is listed and that you remove any staff members who are no longer with your unit. If your staff provides their phone numbers, it will enable them to receive texts from CompetitionSuite such as when commentary is available. Due to anti-spam laws, each staff member must login and provide their number themselves.
PLEASE NOTE: All required items should be uploaded in Competition Suite at least one week, or seven days, before your first show. Please contact maincolorguards@gmail.com or vkraft@usbbands.org if you have any issues.
Remember that all documents must be submitted through Completion Suite (not just emailed to a board member).
