The Spring meeting is fast approaching – it will be held on Monday, June 6 at 7:00 pm at Monroe HS in the band room – 200 Schoolhouse Road, Monroe Township, NJ 08331

Wondering who should attend?  At least one representative from each unit – our circuit is run by the guards, for the guards.  Each dues-paying member from the 2016 season gets one vote.  Be there to engage in constructive discussion making to better our circuit and to help shape the future.  In addition, if you are interested in hosting a show you MUST have a representative present in order to secure a date.

Some of the things we will accomplish at this meeting:
-Review the 2016 season
-Vote on Executive Board members
-Set the schedule for the 2017 season (again, if you would like to host a show you MUST have a representative at this meeting)
-Vote on any rule changes (including those passed by WGI) these can only be made at the Spring Meeting

If you have any proposals for Rule Changes, please clink on the link below and submit them no later than Monday, May 23, 2016!  As per our Rule book, any proposals made after that time will not be considered.  You will receive an email with a synopsis of all the proposals.
